The house was awesome! We had a group of eight of us for a business meeting/getaway. It was exactly as described and everyone on the team thoroughly enjoyed the house. Great pickleball courts, basketball court and beach volleyball. The pool and slide was fun and was a great break after running around for a little bit. Kitchen was a great size with many amenities. Coffee bar was fully stocked, which was a nice surprise. Warm welcome cookies were also a nice touch! Bedrooms were nice and each nightstand had a phone charger on it, which was unexpected and came in handy. Tanya was fast to reply to any messages and check-in was a breeze. This space is great for any getaway- a work team or for a few families looking to get away- I highly recommend!

Wow! This is definitely the place to live and feel like a rockstar. We rented the beautiful home to celebrate a couple 40th birthdays and it had everything we needed and more. We barely needed to leave the home. Tanya was an exceptional host! 10 out of 10 rating and an A+ experience! Highly recommend.

We just wrapped up a five-night stay, and it was a huge hit for our group of eight adults and eight kids (ages 1–10). It’s rare to find a place that caters to both adults and kids, but this house nailed it. This trip was nonstop fun. Between the water slide and pool, games, card table, and pickleball courts, we were entertained from morning to night. On the drive to the airport, we joked that we didn’t even make it to downtown Scottsdale because we never wanted to leave the house. The location was perfect, close to grocery stores, spas, and golf courses, yet it still felt like our own private bubble. You can tell the hosts put a lot of thought into the bedroom setup, especially for larger groups and families. We had more than enough space, plus a few extra beds. The kids are already asking when we can go back!

Tanya was an incredible host—caring, responsive, and attentive throughout our entire stay. She provided clear, detailed instructions for every part of the house, which made both check-in and check-out seamless and stress-free. The property itself was absolutely stunning—like something straight out of a magazine. There was so much to do that we barely needed to leave the house. Our group was fairly large, yet everyone had plenty of space and slept comfortably. Some of the highlights were the movie theater, pool, and outdoor courts—each one added to an already amazing experience. The location was also perfect, making it easy to get anywhere quickly when we did venture out. Overall, this was a memorable stay that our group will be talking about for a long time. Highly recommend booking with Tanya!

Wow!!! Tanya’s home was absolutely amazing. The house was perfect for the amount of people we had. Everyone loved it and the kids had plenty to do to entertain themselves. Tanya was a great communicator and quickly responded to any questions. I highly recommend the house and we definitely plan on booking her home again. We look forward to the next trip. A++

What a beautiful house and what a wonderful host! The house is as stunning as in the pictures. We loveddd the spa and hot tub - perfect after a long day of skiing. The house had everything for my group’s needs like the most complete kitchen ever. There were a lot of thoughtful small touches like Tupperware that really came in clutch. Tanya was also extremely responsive to every random question we had before and during our stay. The checkout rules were also short and reasonable. Thank you so much, Tanya! I hope we can come back and enjoy the place in the summertime.

Tanya’s place was amazing! It felt like an above and beyond Airbnb. The furnishings, amenities, kitchen supplies, and extras were wonderful! Tanya was very responsive when we had a bit of trouble with the pool heating and it was fixed quickly. She very responsive host. We loved the stay!

We booked for a ski weekend and it is the perfect house. The layout was perfect for our large group. The amenities were great to come home to after a long day on the mountain. The kitchen is fully stocked of everything you need to cook a full dinner. Everyone in our group loved this house and we would definitely stay here again!
